Cottage Werks has never built the same home twice.  Many of the homes have similar traits but every floor plan is different and unique. 

The builder looks at each home as a challenge and a chance to make something new.  In many cases the home is specifically engineered to take advantage of natural light to reduce the consumption of generated heat and light.

Placement of the home on the site is also taken into consideration so as to disturb as little of the natural vegetation as possible during construction.

Cottage Werks homes are often built along greenbelts, at the edge of ravines or gullies and are designed to take in the surrounding natural beauty.
